FAQ

Clarify first, then arrange

If you do not know a service name, you can simply tell an RN what is happening to your family member now.

How do I start an enquiry?

Use the WhatsApp button and send a general enquiry. The RN will understand the care situation and possible arrangements only as needed.

What should I send in the first WhatsApp message?

You do not need to send an ID number, full medical record, or photo. Saying whether this is after discharge, during treatment, or another home-care concern is enough to begin.

Can I book a procedure directly?

You can say which procedure you are asking about, but the RN still needs to confirm suitability against medical instructions, condition, location, and risk.

Can I use CCSV, a health-care voucher, or eHealth?

It depends on current eligibility, arrangements, authorisation, and clinical need. Ask an RN first; the website does not make an eligibility promise.

Does the service replace a doctor or emergency department?

No. If there are acute warning signs or an emergency, seek medical care immediately.
