Home-care support does not replace medical diagnosis, emergency treatment, or hospital care.
- Seek medical care promptly for rapidly darkening tissue, fever, spreading redness, strong odour, or rapidly increasing pain.

Can a photo be sent first?
A photo is not required for a first enquiry and cannot replace an in-person assessment. An RN will explain what is needed before requesting any clinical information.
